Braver , Brighter and Bolder Event

This class will start with a 20 minute empowering talk, about Francesca's personal journey through her feminine energy. With her inspiring story, she will share her experience releasing fear to be free, how she trusts knowing her self in truth and allowing the inner beauty to shine through so other ones can do the same.

The talk will end creating the intention for the class followed by the beginning of the movement.

The class will have 3 periods of movement, and 2 of relaxation, combining the two energies of dance and stillness. In between, Francesca will share affirmations, and wisdom to awaken the inner goddess light and beauty.

All the energy created during the class will be focusing in the three main aspects:

Being Brave, Bright and Bold, awakening the inner Goddess for 2018!

This complete empowering experience will be closed by the meditation: "Awakening the inner flame."
